I signed up my 14 year old baseball player with GH amonth ago. From day 1, I met the greatest coaches that they were expert in different sports. They immediately got to work and within a month I see so much improvement on my son speed and stronger. Everyday he can't wait to go back. In addition, the place is amazing filled with hard work athletics and such a big motivation to go there.

My kids have loved working out at Genesis. They get mad when I can’t bring them. I have seen big improvements in self confidence, strength, and endurance. My son’s pitching has improved and my daughter is landing triples in dance that were difficult previously. I would absolutely recommend the program for any youth.

If you are looking for a place to train your youth athlete - I highly recommend Genesis and its coaches. My boys have been coming for over 3 years and the growth in their strength and agility has been exponential. Coaches are knowledgeable and meet athletes where they are to challenge and grow them.

Amazing facility and coaching! This is where you need to take your young athlete if you are looking to improve their skills, no matter what sport they are in. I have three boys that do football, baseball, track and golf. Genesis has helped all of them improve their game.

This place is awesome for my daughter. She does her physical sports training here and you can tell how much she’s improved just through the work outs they do at grind house. She jumps higher, she looks like she’s built stronger and she’s more conditioned for the sports that she does like volleyball track

Strength and Agility training for my 12 year old. They were great with her and her friends. Appropriate for their age and sport. They made it challenging and fun. All girls saw improvement from the first day. I love that they kept the girls with their group and didn't mix in with other people. Thank you!

This was a great program for our girls between volleyball seasons. The coaches were great, the girls worked hard (complained a lot, lol) but all laughed and had fun while doing it and we've seen improvement in them from it.

I place order a week ago and didn't receive the vinger with the mother in it. I receive emails today 6/19/2023 at 9pm at night saying my order has been refunded. How you take my money keep it for a week then day I'm being refunded.. Bad business this company will be reporting to the BBB.

My boys 10 and 6, love their youth program ! The coaches keep them engaged and get a lot out of them during their workouts.

Coaches and program were amazing. Started as an off season workout, but with these results had to keep it going! If you are looking for a spot for your athlete to get stronger and faster this is it.

Awesome place with amazing trainers . Both my high school age sons go here for baseball training and they have gotten so much out of it . They get in the car dead but can’t wait to go back the next day . I can see a big difference already in their strength . The classes are small and they get so much one on one attention.

My son enjoy the baseball off season program, we definitely came back to keep working out. Very nice staff and knowledgeable coaches. Very impressed with the program Definitely recommend it
