I was very upset and extremely infuriated to learn that the owners chose to fire your best employee, and my favorite, Andrew. He has always been very knowledgeable about the products, helpful and very courteous. He educated me and everyone of the customers, about the best products to address our individual needs. Recently a customer came into the store and purchased several products and used a stolen credit card, unbeknownst to Andrew, or anyone. You chose to fire Andrew. That is so very unfair. We will not be purchasing your products anymore, sadly, if that is how you treat your best employee.
