They spent so much time explaining the process of testing prior to sending someone out. I thought they did a very thorough job and took the time to listen to me explain the areas of concern. Pure Maintenance provided treatment for a mold issue caused by a tenant, they have recommendations on what to do, then came out quickly, took samples and provided treatment. The new tenant found an area in a lower cabinet that appeared to have mold several months after the treatment. I called Steve and he sent out Levi right away, Levi took samples and told us the cleaning of it was simply overlooked the 1st time around since there was zero moisture in the area, he covered it with plastic awaiting for for the results. The sample was negligible, so he cleaned it and all was taken care of at no charge. Excellent company, very high marks from me!!! Thanks Steve and Levi!!!
