Levi did a great job with the initial mold inspection work and was very thorough. He was knowledgeable and appeared very trustworthy. He provided us a verbal quote for the remediation work which we thought was expensive but were planning on proceeding with because he assured us we would be completely rid of mold with the fogging treatment. A week or so later he then provided a written estimate with a completely different price (about $1000 more) and did not explain to us why he changed the price for the same service. When we quizzed him he became very defensive and a little aggressive and said one of the reasons he changed the price was because his manager team/corporate were not impressed that we didnt proceed with a complete separate leak detection job they quoted for. The reason for not proceeding was that the quote was over double the other contractors i had estimate. Levi also never told me getting the quote for this unrelated work would result in the mold remediation work increasing. My wife and i were pleasant and cordial throughout but he really didnt like the fact that we expected him to uphold the original mold remediation quote when the scope of work had not changed. Reluctantly he ended up agreeing to the original price but at this point our trust in Levi had eroded and we decided not to do business with him. He even threatened us and said if i do this job "you better get me a 5 star review" which is ridiculous. We honestly thought he was genuine and kind but the changing of price and his defensiveness when we questioned was very unpleasant. I am only writing this review so others are aware. As i stated about the mold inspection work was good but i cannot do business with a company who is changing prices without any forewarning. Less

Levi is very professional great at his job, he got my results back within 3 to 4 days and explained everything to me. I highly suggest Pure Maintenance Golden State. By the way most of the time when I see a company with majority 5 star reviews I think to myself most of them are bought or fake.
