I will be reporting this business and taking this company to smalls claims since the owner doesn’t want to work with his customers. I liked that the owner, himself, came to estimate the job. Gave more details than typical estimators. NG Flooring's quote was also easier to understand than the big box stores. He called out some items that needed to be replaced that the big box stores didn't. His installer (who is an NG Flooring employee and not an outside contractor) showed up on time. Was comfortable enough to leave installer in home alone while I picked up kids from School. Installer was respectful and cleaned up work spaces, even swept our front porch as part of clean up. He went above and beyond to fix some carpet where the LVP flooring and pet damaged carpet met up. My only slight complaint is that I think the owner - Nazar - should delegate more to his employees and maybe appoint team leads - because sometime he was slow to respond because he's probably managing all the jobs, himself. SUGGESTION: Maybe he should split workload 50% with a trusted assistant. Assign a team lead to projects. SUGGESTION: I'd also encourage NG Flooring to get some sorta secure electronic payment system so customers can put down deposits electronically rather than physical checks. But overall - small business owner who has access to more product and far superior specs than Big Box corporations at a lower price. So ya get a better product for same or lower price. A win-win!
