I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here! It is truly the best parts of a local business, and I’m grateful for all of the amazing progress I’ve had coming here. It was my first time going to a chiropractor, and the staff made me feel so comfortable and heard. I was suffering from constant, and I mean CONSTANT, neck pain, and I can honestly say I have no pain anymore. I also was taught a lot of stretches to keep up with the progress which is super helpful!

This is my second time here and after my first time adjustment, my back pain of 6 years was gone. The doctor took his time to go over everything we had talked about during my first visit and went over X-rays and put together a plan for me. I in for the second time today and did a full adjustment with the y axis spinal decompression method, and I feel fantastic!! This is the place to go for any back pain you may have!!

So I been having lower back problem for a long time. When I would stand too long or just walk my lower back would hurt and sting . I would try pain medication and icey hoy pack but nohing would last long or give me a result . So i tried going to the chiropractor and Dr. Armellino takes his time and make sure if you the right fit. I have been seeing good results from him. Recommend him for sure.

If you are on the fence, just call them. It’s the best decision I’ve ever made.Dr. Mike and his staff are lifesavers. I had unexplained neck pain that kept getting worse even though I was trying to address it in physical therapy.I’m not even done with my treatment. It may have been a week of treatment and I went from constant nagging neck pain to being 90% pain free with much reduced pain when I did have it.Turn out I have pinched nerves in my neck. I had an explanation and a treatment plan the second time I met with Dr Mike. What a relief.I’m back to living my life pain free and I have Dr Mike to thank for it. Everyone is wonderful and wants to heal you long term. No gimmicks or BS. I’m so grateful I called on a desperate whim one day.

I have been a patient here for just over 1 month. I was in a car accident in March, and had a broken ankle and sustained injuries to my back and neck. I had exhausted all of my "medical options" as I had limited mobility and was in constant pain. I had partial paralysis on one side of my body along with other life-altering changes, but my doctors kept telling me they couldn't explain why. I knew I had to be an advocate for my health and sought alternative medical care. That's what brought me to NOVA Spine and Rehab. I finally felt like I was being heard and that my symptoms were being addressed. Within a few sessions, I immediately starting to feel the pain relief I was seeking. I was able to reduce my pain medication significantly to just once a day or none at all (on a good day). I know I still have a long road ahead, but being able to sleep better, dress myself, have overall better mobility, experience less debilitating pain, being able to wiggle my toes again, and finally seeing a path to full recovery has been the greatest gift NOVA Spine and Rehab has given me. My first visit he gave positive opinions about my back situation, second appointment the start doing treatment to correct my back shape, they new I am 70 years old dialysis patient, after few minutes laser and mild pressure, doctor Armellino start giving very hard pressure on left shoulder it’s very painful and I screamed, he did the same on my right shoulder unbelievable pain , after he twisted my neck left and right because of pain I screamed and I felt I can’t breathe, he said everything going to be ok I believe he forgot my age and health situation, because those treatments is good for a young Athlete not a 70 years old dialysis patient , they gave me few appointments and charge on my cart $3190.00 because they didn’t expect my insurance, and the time I call to make appointments for consultation I got charged on the phone $49 , after that treatment my pain getting worse, I thought my ribs broke, it was hard to breathe my left side was extremely painful I called my primary doctor she order oxycodone, I start taking med is made me sleepy, as soon as I woke up pain was the same, I went for my appointment I asked for X-ray he said the results is not broken ribs, but the pain was bad, I called t o cancel all my appointments and refund my money for those further appointments, because I didn’t want nobody touch my painful back , when they refund my money they deducted $360 + $49 because that wrong treatment for a 70 years old disabled woman!!!!!!!!

I’ve been coming to NOVA spine for about 1.5 months now. I was experiencing daily headaches and tension in my neck and back. In just this short amount of time, I’ve already experienced significantly reduced headaches, as well as reduced pressure off my head and neck area. It’s been incredible for my quality of life.
