Julian Nazario responded to my post a month ago about needing assistance with receiving additional help with closing cost since my previous lender and realtor had no resources available to further assist once the seller backed out on covering them, due to a low appraisal. Julian was amazing to work with. We were working with another lender, things were not working out, we had to extend closing date 30 days, interest was at 8.5% and closing cost around 18k, we where about to lose our home and where desperate. I found Julian in a first time home buyers group, Julian was so communicated and committed to helping us get into our home before the holidays, Julian was not only able to close the deal in less than 15 days, but got our interest down to 6.75% and only 12k in closing costs.
