I’ve been a satisfied member of Villians Strength & Conditioning for over 15 months. The classes are excellent but the community is second to none. It’s my happy place!

I'm a long time member at 3+ years. Great coaches, culture and environment! Villians accommodates all levels of fitness and/or mobility. There are numerous class options throughout the day and your fellow members are another excellent source of motivation.

It was easy to get started with Villains. Coaches are friendly and there’s a one time intro session for you to get comfy with the movements if this style of workout is new to you.

I started coming to Villains in Feb of 2023 and from the moment I walked in the door I felt nothing but welcome and supported! The coaches are all very knowledgeable and approachable. The smaller class sizes allow the coaches to come around and correct your form to make sure you are getting the most out of each exercise. Overall, I would recommend Villains to anyone!

One of the greatest gyms in Regina! I am new at the gym. The coaches are always around and supportive. There are multiple levels of fitness the gym accepts, so you will not feel like a stranger. The coaches are also non-judgmental. I will definitely keep coming to this gym for a long time! 💪

Best gym in the city. Great program, great community, and super convenient for anyone in the south end. The staff are all very knowledgeable and will make sure you’re doing the workout right/safely. The instructors provide great feedback on lifting technique allowing me making small adjustments to improve form, which has significantly enhanced my workout experience. This is an amazing community. Good location, nice facility, friendly people, and knowledgeable coaches. There are always “new” people coming to class and the atmosphere is welcoming…not judgemental in the least but coaches will push you if you are phoning it in. Love the atmosphere!

I am lazy and undisciplined, having somewhere that has a plan every day has helped me want to go to Villains 3 or 4 times a week. The coaches are friendly and the other workout buddies are there to work and create a welcoming environment. Do not let the name on the door fool you, they're a bunch of Heroes there.

Let me start by saying that I did originally give this gym 5 stars. First impressions are good from this gym. My issues are some of the lazy “coaches”, one ignorant coach that needs to learn to shut her mouth, and people staying after class to stretch looking directly at the next class working out while speaking to the coach or loudly to each other. Music is dismal at best, either not loud enough or you’re listening to Britney Spears. CrossFit to the max here. No training for lifting. 90% of it is timed, trying to see how many reps or rounds you can do. That makes you lose form quickly and injuries occur. Does not utilize or use their farmer Carries, sleds, ropes, agility, axle bars, or yokes during class. Can come into gym and workout whenever with a fob (not during classes, except for those members that are their favourites), but paying $94.50 biweekly to just use a gym just seems stupid. I honestly would give this gym a higher star rating but how they deny it is a “CrossFit” gym is simply not true. I have yet to attend a class that actually teaches you PROPER lifting techniques to create a strong foundation. I am out of shape now but used to PL with elite PL’s. I know how to lift. It is not done at this gym here. And the finisher, after working out for 45- 60 minutes during class they get you to compare yourself on their “low self esteem” white board. So, you get to tell the class how many reps or whatever you did during the class with your name listed. So everyone can compare each other. Grow up guys. Less

I joined Villains for what I thought was a 6 week challenge and would then take what I learned back to the same old chain gym that I had been going to. I quickly came to learn that Villains was different. The two main differences being community, and results. You get the support that you need not only from the coaches who give you the tools to get stronger and healthier, but other members as well. It feels like everyone there is in your corner. That kind of support leads to results. There are two stories I love to tell about my experience to anyone who will listen. The first about a class during the initial 6 week challenge when we did a workout that ended with 50 burpees. I was dying on the floor. Most of the class had finished, and were on their way out, but 2 members came over who barely knew me and started cheering me on. Pushing me through one burpee at a time until I finished. That was when it hit me that this place was different. I had been going to a chain gym for 4 years, seeing many of the same faces over and over, yet not even a hello. Here were two perfect strangers who weren't going to let me do it alone. The second was a visit to my chiropractor. I used to go in to see him on a fairly consistent basis. Then one visit he says "I haven't seen you in awhile". Out of curiosity I asked when I had last been in. Turned out to have been over two years, and the last visit coincided with the month I joined Villains. The chiro said to me "funny how that works isn't it." 6 week challenge now closing in on 6 years... Less

This place is awesome! The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, and the community atmosphere is great. The workouts are always challenging, but the coaches are always there to help/adapt movements so that you can reach your goals and maximize your results. Took me a while to get going consistently, but wow this place is awesome! All of the coaches are super friendly and helpful, and the community atmosphere is fantastic! Love the 5:30 a.m. crew. The workouts never fail to kick my butt, but I can't get enough of it. 10/10 would recommend.

The environment at Villains is amazing. You are not just going to a gym, you are a part of a community of like minded people that will encourage you and challenge you in ways you didn’t know were possible. There is so much respect and kindness for everyone, it doesn’t matter where you are on your fitness journey you will find a home and a fitness family at Villains.

I’ve been at Villains for only a month and a half but have enjoyed every minute of it. Great place to push yourself, learn some new movements, have fun and get your sweat on all at the same time. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It's helped me get control of my eating, drop 20 pounds, and is slowly putting muscles on this frame. I love the atmosphere at Villains. The classes are small so I receive lots of one on one coaching. I feel the coaches try to get to know me and are genuinely interested in helping me to improve my fitness level and meet my goals. I’m always learning new skills that I would never have tried at a regular gym. The people are great and it’s lots of fun! Life is better with Villains!!!

I was nervous, didn’t know anyone, was totally unsure of how I was going to take this whole fitness thing on. I am confident in saying that if you are in the same boat, you’ll be taken care of as well as I was. The coaches are great, they take time every class to make sure you understand the movements and even though you might be feeling insecure, I never felt less than for being a newbie. But don’t worry, this isn’t a soft spot, you’ll work hard and learn what your body is really capable of. The coaching and facility are great, but at least half of the benefit of Villains is the great community of members. I felt welcomed and encouraged and challenged from day one. It was awesome to become a part of it all, and knowing there were great people to work out with made it easier to get up and go. I started at Villains in one of the regular challenges, which gave me nutrition coaching, a Facebook accountability group, and gym access. If you are considering getting moving, I strongly recommend giving Villains a chance. Less

Villians is an amazing gym with amazing coaches that put every ounce of their being into caring for the people that attend their facility. They are constantly coming up with ways to make a healthy lifestyle more fun, attainable, and understandable. This is the only gym I have ever consistently come too and not just paid for. I like that it pushes me to do things I didnt think I could do. It's also a positive and supportive environment from both the coaches and fellow gym members.

Villains is awesome! A completely judge free zone with a fun, positive and encouraging atmosphere. The coaches are amazing and are invested in everyone. They adapt the movements to fit your needs yet push you out of your comfort zone. This is a gym for all levels of fitness and experience.

Villains has an amazing atmosphere, all of the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. They are great for everyone. Just starting out? They will make sure you know the movements and scale things down as needed, no judgement. Already fit but looking to change things up? Their programming will push you further. Joining Villains has been one of the best things I have done for myself.

A very welcoming environment! Coaches are extremely knowledgeable and their attention to detail is very reassuring when you're learning a new lift or movement. If you're looking for a more structured workout or maybe you are just interested in a new challenge this is the place to be!

I started at Villains nearly 3 years ago, and it was one of the best decisions of my life! They offer more than just a great workout, and the coaches are extremely knowledgeable. Everything can be modified to any fitness level and the coaches and members are supportive/welcoming to everyone who walks through the door.

What an excellent organization. The staff is amazing. At first the hour was never going to end. However, after one month I am hooked!
