Had a great pleasure working with Fayetteville furniture, the prices were good, the service was great, and the delivery guys were very neat and respectful of our property. We just moved down to NC, and seen a few stores, but this one we purchased from when we came down to close on our home, and 4 weeks later we purchased even more. Brenda worked with us by setting up our delivery before we went back to NY, and when we returned back to NC. A great place to buy furniture and we recommend the store 100%, and will buy there again

From the store to delivery. Everything was great. We didn’t feel pressured like the other furniture stores we went to like Ashley. Found our couches for almost $3,000 less!!!! They were early with the delivery and they had both couches in, assembled and pulled out in like 15 mins. Excellent customer service.

Horrible Customer Service by Sales Associate Charles! Sold me the wrong product and just had an overall terrible non chalaunt attitude! Had to drag a mattress in a box back to the store after getting home, hauling it up two flights of stairs, removing old mattress, unboxing the purchase and realizing it was the wrong product. Took it back and got a refund! He suggested I go to another store and purchase one. Well I did and Ashley’s Furniture took great care of my need. Same product same price! Thanks to Ashley Furniture but no thanks to Charles at Fayetteville Furniture Gallery!
