I had Kevin Kretsch do service at my home today.He is honest and knowledgeable in all aspects of plumbing for newer or older homes.I had slow draining in my tub and it was a simple solution taken care of.I have a Biden that was spraying water out of toilet and parts that needed tighten and a loose toilet seat.He is coming back to put tape caulk around bottom of toilet and in-between high raised toilet seat cracks above my Biden.He also cleaned my tub faucets that look brand new.Sounds like minor problems,but major work to me,as I'm dealing with my second hip surgery and major back issues.I would highly recommend Kevin,and so glad to get his help in doing the job correct,the first time around .He is a great example for the Business and very polite and knows plumbing.The people that answer the phone are polite and more than willing to help.

Shout out to Chad at Frost & Kretsch for a job well done. Not a standard hot water tank swap. Hooked up natural gas meter. Switched from propane and Hooked up new tank with mixing valve for my wood boiler. Had some small drip leaks from previous install, now sitting hot and dry with no leaks.

Most recently, we had a sad (& rare) experience where something was incidentally damaged during service.The owner himself got involved and the team completely fixed it. We had a little bit of a rocky start, however they were able to get everything figured out for us (quickly).Drew got here and went right to work. He replaced the very old pipes behind the tub and our broken shower/bathtub faucet and handles. He worked quickly and efficiently. The price was super reasonable, they also gave us a few options so we did not feel locked into one specific way we had to do it.

A slow drip from our kitchen faucet had gradually become more noticeable, so we scheduled a plumbing repair before it worsened. The plumber replaced worn internal components and checked the water pressure during the appointment. The repair took less than an hour. Compared to before, the faucet operates smoothly again without leaking or squeaking during use. We also noticed the handle feels much easier to move now. It’s a straightforward repair, but eliminating the constant dripping improved both convenience and peace of mind while helping reduce unnecessary water waste.
