We had Richard K come back to our home to check on a repair for a clogged pipe they fixed in February. Wife thought it was acting up again. He checked out everything and found no issues, he also fixed a small leak under our sink. Being a little past our 30 day warranty there was still no charge. I would highly recommend Frost and Kretsch for any of your plumbing issues, they have responded both times the same day. We need more service companies with this work ethics, Thanks Richard. We will definitely call again for any plumbing issue we have in the future.

F&K came to do unclog my drains, replace the faucet and restore water pressure through out our home. Andrey S. came out and he was professional, informative, fast, and nice. He worked quickly to remedy all the issues with our plumbing. He was clear and concise when describing what we needed and the cost of each task. I needed my hot water tank replaced. Rich came out to install the new one and took the old one out. He brought the tanks down/up the stairs without one single problem. He made sure everything was working properly before he left, answered any questions I had and made sure everything was cleaned up! Frost & Kretsch has fair pricing and offers quick scheduling for those that fear the worst is going to happen if something doesn’t get fixed right away 🙃 . I will be using them again for any plumbing needs that come up in the future.

These guys have done plumbing work for me in the past, and they were knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. That’s exactly why I called them today when I needed help with an HVAC issue.Unfortunately, I had already scheduled another company before they returned my call. Even so, the gentleman who called me back was incredibly helpful and took the time to assist me anyway. He even provided an estimate over the phone, which I really appreciated—especially since nearly every other company insisted on charging for another diagnostic visit first.I had already received a diagnosis from another firm, but their quote was extremely expensive. Paying $100+ for additional diagnostic visits just wasn’t a practical option for me. The fact that he was willing to help and provide guidance without insisting on another service call says a lot about their integrity.Long story short , these guys are real people and deserve our trust. This review is the least I can do. I would not hesitate to call them next time.
