I would say that he performed the jobs as I would have if I had the experience, and you could tell he took pride in his workmanship. He explained all steps he was doing so I was on base with everything he was doing and after he was done with both jobs he cleaned up both locations thoroughly and then sat down with us to go over everything and then answered all our questions. Jason was very hardworking and paid attention to all the details of his job. I would not hesitate to contact Frost & Kretsch (Jason) if we need additional plumbing work. We had scheduled an appointment for a small leak in our shower, dripping into my basement. We were told by the receptionist there would be a $125 service fee that would be used as a “deposit” that would go towards the cost of the repairs. Technician Anthony showed up and reported he wouldn’t be able to do anything because “he’s a plumber, not a tile contractor”. We had no idea that our shower would have to be “demoed” in order for a plumber to find the problem. It was never asked or communicated by the receptionist/dispatcher. Every time we asked Anthony a question he had to walk outside and call his supervisor to get an answer for us. Anthony mentioned that we would be able to hire someone to remove the tile and if he were to come back at a later date the money would still be able to go towards the repaid. He then called his boss which said this is not the case and we would lose our $125. Our experience was very disappointing and we feel saddened to write this after being a long time customer and being referred here previously by co-workers. Our search for a plumber will continue and I hope they take this feed back and work on their customer satisfaction moving forward. Less

Called first thing in the morning because of slow running drains and an occasional back up. They were able to schedule service the same day. Waste main needed to snaked and roots cleared. Jake, the lead tech, and his apprentice were both friendly and professional.

After being left without water for three days, and two previous plumbers cancelling, we were recommended Frost and Fretsch. In hindsight, we should have called them on day one! Frost and Kretch are the place to go when you have an issue. Living in the Chesterfield swampland as I do, I occasionally get drainage problems. These guys came out right on time, did great work and left me feeling confident in their service. No, this is not a paid testimony.......

EXPENSIVE! We didn't use them because of the cost. $499.00 to snake our main sewer line. Granted it was a holiday weekend but ended up paying another plumber $175.00 plus a $25.00 tip. If we waited until Tuesday it still would have cost us $249.00. That's the quote I got over the phone.

Excellent service! Next day appointment, called ahead and on time. The work they performed looks professional and he cleaned up behind himself. I'll hire them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

I called for a plumber this morning and Kevin was out in a few hours. He was very polite, prompt, and informative. He let me know every step of the way what was going on. He made sure I was satisfied before presenting me with a bill, which he told me in advance what the cost would be. I will be calling this company again...and asking for Kevin!!

Great Company! Easy to work with and always there when they say they will be there. The technicians are very knowledgeable and can handle any size project from drain snaking, hot water tank replacement, backflow testing and whole house plumbing. Great asset to my company.

Prior to finding these guys I spoke with 4 other plumbing companies that weren't nearly as helpful as Frost & Kretsch. My first conversation on the phone with these guys was extremely helpful, offering me different options for my problems. They were very punctual, explained the problems and what to do, and were very fast. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Crew showed up "Brandon and helper" told my wife we had wrong part and it would be 350$ to repair (not a repair was a new install). I arrived and was informed by wife & they just left to get part. They arrive with part that was ultimately not used. I approached crew about "issue" Brandon acted clueless of the lineup and said Dave did not line him up although he was lined up by my wife also. For the 350$ they never intended to replace the existing complete unit as instructed by wife...that part they went to get was just the internal cartridge. They were going to leave all old mat'l in the wall and just replace the cartridge and the visible handle, 10 min job for 350$. When Brandon was informed he was not doing what was asked you could tell he was getting arrogantly uncomfortable. They eventually completed the job as told (1hr of time)....then Brandon said for the added work the cost was going to be .....aaa.....aaa.....aaa....like 450$..........all I could do was laugh. Less

They came out same day and fixed our problem fast. They were so nice and helpful! They also gave a fair price, will be using them again!

We just had Jason out to our business for a blocked pipe. He came out right away, and fixed the problem in under an hour. Jason then explained everything to use so we could know what the problem was. We recommend Frost & Kretsch plumbing highly. Will use them again if we have any more issues.

Very pleasant and professional. I called on a Saturday because my drains were backing up and within a few hours someone was there. He was quick and efficient and had my problem resolved at a reasonable cost, especially for a last minute emergency visit. Would highly recommend.
