The most awesome people and group to work with!! I was truly skeptical about the 28 day nutritional challenge. Having always prided myself on eating fairly healthy, avoiding fast foods, sugary drinks etc, I was concerned that within the challenge I would have to dedicate a lot of time to cooking and prepping for healthy but long recipes. I was pleasantly surprised at the multitude of recipes for every meal, the nutritional information provided, and the fact that so many of the recipes were extremely easy to prepare. I really feel empowered moving forward to repair healthy, quick meals for myself and my family. I would wholeheartedly endorse the nutritional challenge for anyone who is struggling to improve their eating habits (there are so many options and alternatives), and also for the folks who are working out but are not aware of how to fuel their bodies.
