Dr. Nahali and Marie his office manager are a Godsend to me, here’s my story: I’ve been suffering from L3-L4 bulging disc and central stenosis, as well as L4-L5 bigger bulging disc and more severe foraminal stenosis for about 3 to 5 years. By January 2023 the condition started to get a lot worse to the level that I couldn’t stand more than five minutes without severe pain/ swelling in my right foot. I’ve consulted with a few specialists in that regard and everybody said the same thing “two surgeries, microdiscectomy and laminectomy” and I didn’t want to go through it because I’ve seen many people who had those surgeries and they were still in pain and on pain killers. I even contacted the Stem cell institute in Panama and was told that I’m not a good candidate for their procedures. I’ve been miserable and frustrated until I heard about a non-surgical spinal decompression procedure, so I’ve contacted Spine Aid in East Orlando and spoke with Dr. Nahali, believe it or not after talking to him I’ve already felt better thinking that there is hope for my condition. I immediately signed in and start with 3 sessions a week and after two weeks went down to 2 sessions a week for the last 6 weeks, and here’s my current status: my right leg/ foot is 100% with no symptoms at all, I walk a couple of miles on the beach 1 to 2 times a week with very slight discomfort/ pain in my left glute, which we are still working on that but the difference is like day and night. The procedure is non-invasive, and pretty comfortable that you may even fall asleep during the therapy. I’m so appreciative of what Dr. Nahali did and still doing for me, and I recommend his office to every one with serious spinal issues. Less
