Pricing was right there with other competitors and the reason I chose Ben was because of his professionalism, transparency, and communication. Took less than a day to completely install a new hurricane garagge door, tracks and motor. They also had to remove the old wood and trim and replaced with new wood. My only constructive feedback, is they could have used some caulk around the finished trim as they had to work around curved walls, but I was able to knock that out in 10 minutes. Thank you, Ben! Excellent Service! I called early morning after one of the two angle irons that attach the motor to the ceiling broke the night before. Ben came out at 11:00 AM the same day, fixed the problem and said the springs and rollers were very old and the strain on the motor probably caused the angle iron to break. He gave me a very fair price for the whole job which I knew was due. Now the garage door works perfectly and is very quiet.
