Steve was a huge help in resloving our plumbing issue. We had dealt with two leaking toilets for over a year. They were newer toilets but we couldn't figure out how to fix the issue. Steve diagnosed the problem and was able to get the parts covered under warranty even though I hadn't purchased the units from him.
