I have been to many vets over the years with a variety of animals.I took my cat for shots. The people at the front desk were so kind, helpful and efficient. I was impressed .The technician and the vet were extraordinarily good with my frightened cat. I haven't been in a great practice like this on years. I will always go there. Prices are very reasonable for all they do.

I am always taking on rescue pups. They all have such special needs and or medical conditions to care for. I have brought in pups with anything from chronic allergies to eye cancer. Dr. Faulk has helped me with at least 6 of these babies. She and her staff treat the owners and animals with such respect and kindness. The minute you walk in the smiles and warmth put you and your animal at ease.

I love Dr. Falk and her team. They have been taking care of my dogs for years. They are respectful and compassionate. My dog is terrified of the vet and the staff always takes extra time with her. 10/10 recommend.

We’ve been taking our dogs to Northwest Animal Clinic for decades. It's actually the only animal clinic we’ve used since moving here. Dr. Falk aways takes her time to listen to our concerns. The receptions are always helpful no matter if it’s over the phone or in person. The veterinarian staff have always been friendly and then compassionate when it came time to make the hard decision to put one of our dogs to sleep. Highly recommend.

Absolutely my favorite vet in New Mexico! Dr. Falk has been caring for our pup for all four years of his life and we adore her! The entire team works closely with us to make sure he has the best experience possible every time we visit. Our boy is a German Shepherd–Malinois mix and has a lot of anxiety about vet visits, along with some lifelong health issues, and they have been incredible about helping us stay on top of his care. I always know he’s in great hands, and it’s clear they truly care about him and treat him as if he were their own. We appreciate everyone on staff for helping our boy be the healthiest and happiest version of himself. You all are truly amazing!

It was very nice from check in to check out. Dr Lopes was very kind, was very careful with our dog. She talked to him in a very calming manner was very gentle with our Winston who is afraid. Very thorough with his exam and she listened to my concerns and explained his health issues and treatments. The vet tech was very helpful and kind. Check in and check out very kind ladies. The office was pleasant and clean. Did not smell like other places!
