Jeremy and his staff are truly amazing, positive, supportive, and welcoming. I have not done any kind of consistent excercise in literally two decades and they have made me not only look forward to my workouts, but enjoy them. I am working to become a happier and healthier version of myself, and have found the people and place that can help me do that. For that, I am grateful.

I have been coming since April and am already seeing great results. I've also met a lot of great people that have inspired me to take things further and help me feel accountable. I've always struggled to maintain consistency and that is not an issue for me here. I feel motivated to reach my next goal and seeing my progress has been great. Highly recommend Red Zone!

My young son does some youth training here. He loves it. The instructors are very patient and helpful with all of the kids. Very good training offered for young ages!

Red Zone has benefited me greatly. They have worked me individually on my own plan and I have seen results fast. I am turning 50 and am still building muscle while get leaner with their help. I have done few classes but really enjoy the welcoming attention from others when I do attend. Young, old, whatever you think they are, they can make you better. I’ve seen it.
I have never felt comfortable at a gym until now! Jeremy has more confidence in me than I do in myself. Yet, every time that he challenges, he's right! He is so supportive and helps me stay accountable. I now look forward to going to the gym!
Fun and friendly atmosphere. The staff is competent and caring. The equipment is well maintained and plenty of room. The workouts are challenging physically and mentally!

I absolutely love everything about this gym! Jeremy really listens and cares about his gym family while also pushing them to the next level in their individual fitness journeys. The gym is spacious and the equipment is so nice. The classes are fun and the members are the nicest!
I have worked out at this gym since it opened. Love the the great encouraging atmosphere and great workouts. Jeremy is a great trainer/owner always ready to help whatever your needs are.
I really enjoy the workouts and the staff. You can get a great workout with HIIT training in 30 min over an boring hour on a treadmill. It goes so fast you don’t realize how fast it goes. And the endorphin rush after is great! Highly recommend. My son also loves the youth Agility and Conditioning. He looks forward to gym days over playing video games all the time.
The staff and other clients are supportive. The workouts change up every day so you are never bored with a workout routine. They also have a youth program which my son really enjoys. Great place if you’re just starting or maintaining an exercise routine or looking for more strength.
Best gym I have been to in a very long time. Jeremy is very invested in every member and is always doing what he can to help you reach your goals. Best fit family I have ever had. ❤
My daughter is in a boxing class for teenage girls only. I'm super impressed with the class leader and would recommend it to any young women out there who need exercise and self-empowerment. Been coming here for a few years.

I’ve been a member since Dec 2019 and absolutely love this gym! I’ve joined lots of gyms over the years, but this is the one that makes me want to come back consistently. Jeremy’s workouts are different every day and have helped me lose over 20 pounds this year. He fosters a positive, encouraging environment that gym veterans and gym newbies all feel comfortable in.
