Would highly recommend them to anyone who needs a unit. Their driver was also courteous and you get notified when they are en route. I recd comparable quotes from PODS and Units for an on-site container - I opted for PODS for natl presence & brand recognition. Units followed up - no hard sale rather to let me know they’d be ready to assist if needed. Within one hour, after several frustrating attempts to connect w/a human at PODS, I realized my mistake, cancelled and immediately called Units. They have been a pleasure, addressing every question, scheduling to meet my needs, attentive to container placement request and providing a clean and sound “unit”.
