I have been working in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. I’m a former college football player and I own a boxing and mma gym. 7-8 years ago I tweaked my back moving a couch. Nothing terrible but noticeable at the time. As years passed my pain, discomfort, and ability to move fluidly become severely compromised. I did everything I could with my knowledge of the human body but would get temporary relief at best. Dr. Rod helped greatly with reducing my pain and discomfort and that allowed my fluid motion to come back. I would often be woken up in the middle of the night while I slept because of the pain in my back. That doesn’t happpen anymore thanks to the treatment by Dr.Rod. Highly recommend.
