Amy has been very much instrumental in me achieving positive results in my weight loss and my understanding in regards to what I should eat, understanding the value of various foods and food groups. She also provided insight into the value of certain supplements and her consistent followup has certainly been advantageous. With our physical locations being a great distance apart, all communications were done via video conference. Amy was always prepared for all discussions and very thoroughly and completely answered all questions I would have. I am advanced in age and overall in decent physical condition and my weight was not excessive. My goal with the program was to subscribe to a "more healthy" lifestyle. I lost about 9 pounds the first 30 days which was very acceptable. Total weight loss goal is 15-20 pounds over a 60-90 day period. But my main goal was to better understand how I could adjust my diet to achieve a more healthy condition in regards to digestion, cholesteral levels and heart health maintenance. Videos, literature and advice Amy provided have been very beneficial in me understanding how to best improve my overall condition by imploying better habits in what I eat and how I overall adjust my lifestyle. I would HIGHLY recommend Amy to be a leader in any persons efforts help direct a person on a more healthy lifestyle way of living. Less

I WENT DOWN TWO JEANS SIZES. In this four weeks trimming program, I never needed to starve myself. Snacks in between meals. I felt full every meal. With the support from Amy and Nikki and their team, encouragement from the other members in this program, losing weight was a lot easier than I thought. Most importantly eating right and working out regularly is all I need.

After joining Amy’s nutrition and diet program, it has changed my relationship with food for the better. I felt very supported throughout this journey. Amy and her team have worked diligently to ensure that their weight loss program is fun, healthy, achievable and most of all maintainable. For the first time I feel I have a road map to my goals instead of aimlessly following one fad diet after the other. Her team takes into account how our cultural backgrounds influence our eating habits. As someone of Chinese descent, this is incredibly refreshing, since every diet plan I have been placed on involved primarily Canadian food practices—and no matter how much I’ve tried, I have never really enjoyed raw vegetable salads. With Amy’s program I have learned that every culture has delicious and healthy alternatives, you just need to know where to look. However it was difficult to cut certain ingredients out of our Asian cuisine that’ll be more in line with keeping a healthy blood sugar level. I’ve been volunteering with Amy since 2022, and she has been nothing but encouraging and supportive since the start. She is kind and patient, and I’ve always felt like such an asset when I help her with organizing events or other activities! I highly recommend Amy to all patients and volunteers alike, she is incredible!
