My experience with Cody was above and beyond what any old realtor probably gives you. He made the purchase process on a piece of property in Live Oak seamless. This was the ideal piece big enough to build and start a family while still having room to play. The wife and I already had big plans on where to put a house next to some big trees near the front of the property that must have been there for a hundred years. Shortly after the purchase l, the storms came through and down came our dream for that spot. Cody, being the great Realtor he is, was checking in on us and heard the news. Wouldn’t you know he also has equipment for storm clean up. He got our perfect spot cleaned up and picture perfect for the house plans again, minus the trees of course. I say all that to say this.
