If you are frustrated about not losing weight or feeling confused at the gym….especially women…..I highly recommend Peter. You will gain muscle and lose fat and the metal health benefits are indescribable. He always has a positive attitude, he doesn’t just make you do 100 burpees, he knows how to address any mobility issues and he makes sure to do things the right way from the start. You are in good hands! There are so many online trainers now and ‘nutrition coaches’, most of them are a scam, Peter will not let you down, the best investment in my health I have made and will continue to make for years to come.
