I have been working with Akhtar Khan on a 1-1 basis and I am also part of his Reaching Excellence community. Meeting Akhtar was a game changer for me and he is unlike any other business mentor/ coach I have previously met. Akhtar’s background and emphasis on mindset psychology has really helped me to grow my self worth/belief and to uncover limiting subconscious patterns and fears as well as do the deeper inner and healing work that can (sometimes unknowingly) sabotage our business and life if left unchecked. The reaching excellence community is a true reflection of Akhtar’s core values and his book, ‘the code of reaching excellence’. The community is made up of a wonderful and diverse range of entrepreneurs all with a common goal of levelling up in all areas of life to reach excellence and to help and support each other along the way including with accountability as well as implementation. This is a community where masks are removed and there is an ethos of collaboration (as opposed to competition). There are regular group calls sometimes with guest speakers covering a whole range of holistic topics from business systemisation, technical such as lease options and creative deal sourcing, self care and emotional mastery. I am a different person to the one that Akhtar met a year ago and look forward to continuing to do the work and levelling up. I highly recommend Akhtar Khan and the reaching excellence community!

Having wasted in the region of 10k with other providers who promised the world and delivered very little ....I was reluctant to join another community! Then I met Akhtar Khan at a local property network event and it clicked. Akhtar was on the panel and spoke about mindset and belief, which I had explained too my previous trainers I was lacking. If you don’t have the mindset and belief in yourself how can anyone else believe in you! Having several conversations with Akhtar on the phone and in person, I knew he was the Mentor for me! He got me like no other Mentor had! Property investing can be a lonely place at times when you have no one to ask or who understands what you do. The Reaching Excellence community brings together entrepreneurs with different backgrounds and level of understanding, making us all accountable, ensuring we do what we say we are gonna do. Providing support to each other when needed. Having guest speakers available to talk about their area of expertise is also really useful. No matter what stage you are at currently at, with the willingness to do the work, learn and with Akhtar’s knowledge, guidance and support you are able to level up and Reach Excellence. I've been working with Akhtar for only a short time now on a 1:1 mentoring level, but I can already feel the difference its making in my business and my personal life. I have considerable more clarity, and it has come at the right time for me. I've known Akhtar for many years from various property networking events, and always admired his ambition and sincerity. Its great to have honest and open talks about deep down feelings to help remove those limiting beliefs we all have. This Community is a great environment to help with mindset. It creates a safe place for me to talk on a deeper level in my property journey. There is a wealth of knowledge between all the members with both property and mindset, which is why this group is in my opinion a great place to be. My confidence has exceeded and I feel valued as a member of this community. Expert knowledge is regularly arranged and this definitely helps with keeping up-to-date. Motivation is high in this group, not just amongst things that need to be achieved but energy to get things done. I am grateful to be a part of this community and recommend this to anyone who needs a more holistic approach to reaching excellence.
