Amazing visit!! I literally did nothing, and something happened to my knee. Could barely walk and the pain was pretty crazy. I just knew I needed to see Dr, Baine. With a couple of questions and some “Body Shop Talk”, we headed straight in to healing. Checked and rechecked and I walked out with 75% less pain. Oh yeah, my meniscus popped out just walking! What the… Anyway a couple days of rest and I should be back to normal!

Dr Bain is AWESOME! I appreciate how present and grounded he is as he listened to, and asked about all my issues. His empathy, made me feel heard and cared for. He made some observations and recommendations towards my path to healing.
