My friends are all super fit and train together - I have never felt able to join in with their aerobic sessions and often felt left out. In May I saw a Facebook ad for Fit Body MK - a 6 week program and decided to give it a go - I made my husband join with me, i knew it would be easier to bail if I hated it if I could persuade him it wasnāt for me! Fast forward to now and I canāt tell you the difference my fit body family make to my days - I feel energised every day that I attend bootcamp. Weāve made wonderful friends and we absolutely LOVE being part of something that welcomes people of all abilities, size and age. There is never any judgement and everyone is made to feel welcome. I can now train with my friends and keep up, I donāt āneedā a nap on the couch during the day and best of all Iām fitter and stronger! I even braved rock climbing with my eldest, something I would NEVER had done before joining Fit Body MK! This bootcamp is AMAZING!!! The people have become a family to me and are simply wonderful!! The support you get here you wonāt find anywhere else I canāt recommend it enough!!
Iāve been a member here just over a year now, Iāve lost 19.2lbs of fat, gained muscle and fitness. Feeling great and getting so may fantastic comments. Friendly trainers, amazing choice of sessions daily and great atmosphere whatever your physical ability. ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

And it was quite the contrary, everyone was so friendly and welcoming (although in considerable pain J )ā remember Helen being the trainer in the first session and was put in a group with Jenny. Helen didnāt stop smiling and Jenny never stopped looking out for me - That was me signed up for the 6 week trial. It has been awesome and I always had fun whatever session I was in. Anita, Donna ā always made me laugh and called me names too J I always had suffered from a bad back from working on the computer all day ā and I have become much stronger over the years. The place taught me to get stronger overall and not worry about the weight. I have learnt clean eating from doing one of Helen's special coaching sessions called 'project X' and now I am confident that I know exactly what I need to do and realize when I am slipping too. I have always had the support of Helen and Neil and love the trainers and most of all I love the fact that we exercise to great music J J. I have been at MKFBBC for nearly a year now and find the sessions fun and effective. I have seen very good results so far and all the trainers are very good and helpful. I hardly exercised, loved my food and thought it was too late to change. I did a 3 week trial at Bootcamp with a friend but didn't join up after, thinking I could carry on good habits by myself. I was relieved to get back to my lazy lifestyle but unhappy with my size and concerned about my health in my now middle aged years. My friend did join up though and I became envious of her fantastic results. So I bit the bullet and signed up again, this time as a permanent member and haven't looked back. I'm so pleased with my progress and can honestly say that my life has completely changed for the better. It's scary starting off at Bootcamp from scratch but it only takes a few sessions to feel at home. It's called a Bootcamp Family and it does feel like a community, all working together to help one another achieve our aims, supporting, encouraging one another. The trainers get to know you, you make friends with them and the other members and that close network keeps you coming back. You grit your teeth and smile, sweat and joke through the workouts and the buzz you get when you're done is a great reward. Each session is tough, but they work. If you attend regularly and are prepared to follow the nutritional advice, you will succeed. It's not easy but it IS worth it. I would say to anyone wanting to improve their health/fitness/shape/size, just go for it. Give it a whirl. If I can do it, so can you! Less

So happy I was able to find a place like mkfbbc to train and give me direction. All the coaches and boot campers make you feel really welcome from the start. Everyone's there to motivate you when you really need it and help you to reach your goals. Train hard,have fun and get great results at the same time-you carnt get better than that!

Day 6 yesterday of my 6 week challenge managed to do every day last week having the weekends off. Love this much better than a boring gym workoutļæ½.Great & different sessions every day not just cardio.Just now need to see the weight start to drop off.ļæ½ļæ½ A great team to work with ļæ½ļæ½
Just 3 months in and massive changes made fat down, muscle up and fitter! It's more than just weight loss ... Bp down already reduced medication by a third! If you would have said to me I would be up at 5am driving 10 miles to workout 5 times a week I would have fainted! But here I am! Highly recommend! Fab people, great trainers, great atmosphere! Try it !
Never pushed my fitness level like I have in this place. It's exactly what I was looking for. I love every session. Thank you Helen and Neil for creating this amazing fitness centre and helping people with fitness and nutrition.

Boot camp rocks . Love everything about it - the trainers, the variety of work outs (every day is different), and the other awesome boot-campers. It's my 2 year anniversary this month; staying fit and healthy really is a way of life; love it.
Loved my 1st session and even got a welcome pressie! Looking forward to doing it all again tomorrow! X

I started going in December and I can honestly say I have never worked so hard, and had so much fun, whilst working out! These guys are expert at what they do. It's not just about the exercise but the whole package including nutrition and mindset to help you achieve your goals. I can highly recommend MK FitBody Bootcamp, whatever your starting point is.
