This is my second Time usingMoreno’s. After my first experience there for just a minor repair I was impressed by their professionalism and care for the customer. This was a much more major repair involving both sides of my SUV.. Juan Took exceptional care to be sure my car looks better than it did when I drove it off the lot 10 years ago! Every surface and part was fixed, and he even was concerned about a blemish, not related to my accident that he fixed for me for the cost of Paint. I could not be more happy with the result! Brian was also great with communication and ensuring that my car was fixed quickly. It was one week, including the holiday from when I dropped it off until I picked it up, and that was for major repairs. I could tell that Juan and Brian Were excited to see my reaction to the work and we’re very proud of the result. I recommend them for any job large or small!

My parked Tesla was hit and severely dented. It was difficult finding a shop who would even look at it, except for Tesla’s certified shops who charge criminally high prices. Bryan and Juan at Moreno were very happy to take on the car for a reasonable price and fixed it beyond my expectations— it looks brand new. They started work right away and finished well ahead of schedule. Highly recommend, it was a great experience all around!!

Truly remarkable work and excellent communication. Car insurance came back with a lowered assessment of the damages. Moreno Auto Collision reached out to the insurance company, had the appraiser come back and review all damages on-site with the mechanic. All damages were approved by the insurance, and the vehicle fully repaired.
