Today was my first day at CrossFit Fig!In my opinion the class itself is really well run there is an instructor that gives a thorough overview for workouts, demonstrations, and also will tailor if an exercise is to advanced for you in that moment.The culture is great to I personally don’t like working out alone so being in a room full of other people pushing themselves and encouraging each other is great.

Had a wonderful time dropping in at crossfit fig. Wonderful space, clean, organized, and the workout was solid. The people were very welcoming and friendly, wich is always a sign of a great culture. Im definitely dropping in again soon.

Dropped in for the first time and walked in to see the coach holding a bottle of “whiskey”, asking athletes to smell it as a warm-up 😂Thought we were doing a barbell + bar morning, but the workout was way more intoxicating than the drink. Great vibe, solid coaching — will definitely come back!
