Dedicated app as a central point to contact Francisco about absolutely anything you need, from the workout, to the tailored nutrition or anything else. This is a super easy programme to recommend. 4 months, and the best value for money you will find. Dedicated app as a central point to contact Francisco about absolutely anything you need, from the workout, to the tailored nutrition or anything else. Weekly calls included to discuss with Francisco and the other group members anything from the past and forthcoming week really helped to keep accountability. I chose the get lean programme and lost 8kgs, and over 12% body fat. I will admit, I was not always 100% able to commit on some weekends, and socould have lost more. Francisco will make sure you stay disciplined and focused. When he explains things, you really feel that he is speaking from experience of the highest level, as demonstrated by his career in bodybuilding. He is one of the best out there, and so it really is an honour to be coached by him. I have learned so much going forward, of how to workout according to the goal and what to eat. You learn about the best macr composition for your body and that is something you will take away from the programme.
