I'm often wary of CrossFit gyms, but Fortitude is a place that immediately set me at ease, with a community that makes me feel welcome.Coaches go above and beyond to be sure that everyone can participate, participate safely, and be challenged at whatever their level of fitness, even if someone has an injury. I'm grateful to have found this wonderful place, and always look forward to going -- unless there are burpees on the docket, but that's a personal issue 😆.
