So we ordered pods pods could not drop the unit because of wires and trees because of their system where as units is almost like magic with a remote control and moved it right into the spot that needed to be it was truly amazing. I’m impressed I get I think pods needs to step up their game. Less

I had to remove all contents of my finished basement because of mini flood caused by burnt out sump pumps. While I had rented an indoor storage unit not too far it still took time to fill cars or vans and take stuff there. Then drive back and repeat. I recalled the opportunity to have a storage unit brought right to your driveway. I located this excellent company. There are other companies but I chose this one and I am so happy I did. I asked for one Unit 16 x 8 x8 as fast as possible and this local company's staff got me one the same day. We filled it fast and the next opportunity they delivered another empty and picked up the first one. Then we filled th 2nd and they delivered a 3rd and picked up the full second unit. We then filled the 3rd and they picked it up. They have more than one size but the 16 x 8 x8 is pretty huge. They are clean in excellent condition and are stored in their climate controlled warehouse. Service by their staff was beyond outstanding. I texted them and they got right back to me in a very few minutes. Gave me all the information I w Their pricing is fair and competitive. But service is so important. Their unit container is excellent and they excelled at service. I live in Avon on the opposite side of town from their operations and it was no issue at all. This is a local franchise of a national franchise. I love dealing with local companies. They are right here and care about their local customers as they are their only customers. EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT !!! This company went over and above to supply us with a storage unit when we were in a real pinch. The office / dispatcher Heather was able to switch some things around and get us a storage unit right before Memorial Day weekend. The company we were going to use ( won’t mention names but starts with “P” )dropped the ball and couldn’t get their storage unit in place, even though they used an on-line overhead view and said “no problem”. By far the best moving container company out there. Quality communications, delivery/placement of container, movement/storage enroute, delivery, and pickup. Please please compare with other company containers for construction, size, weight limits, and price. My experience with them has been wonderful! The owner was in regular contact throughout the whole rental process. The driver was awesome and even texted me to give me a heads up that there were doggy "land mines" all around the unit when he dropped it off (I hadn't been to the property in over a month). The explaintions and placing of the unit showed Jeff's professionalism. They were lower in cost than the competition and provided the lock plus there were a half dozen blankets in the unit upon arriving. I don't know what to say. I'd booked a move with PODS, measured out my lot per their instruction only to be told 45m before they were to deliver, they were unable to get their lift into my lot. This was a Thursday with me needing to be in Boston by Sunday to start a job on Monday. Needless to say, I was beyond upset. I was referred to UNITS. Not only did the owner answer the phone but he had a UNIT delivered same day to me as a solution using far more agile equipment to place the container (at far lesser overhead for the company to boot - PODS should take note). They were a slightly lesser storage fee on top of the amazing service. The delivery was smooth, fast pick up on Saturday morning leaving me able to drive east by the evening. SAVED MY LIFE. I don't have enough good things to say. The unit itself is also better made for better aeration than the POD. I'm glad I stumbled upon them like this as stressful as it all was.
