Heritage Air Duct Cleaning was here today to clean out our air ducts. The owner, Brian, arrived on the scheduled time with everything that he needed to do the work. A very pleasant and polite man that explain the procedures of the work to be done in detail before even starting and what we can expect. Than after assessing the specific work to be done he gave us what the total cost would be at completion. Brian was very cautious moving throughout the house doing the work and with his equipment. Late into the process Brian showed us before and after pictures of his work. Our dryer vent was so plugged up that a fire could be possible. We have no worries on that anymore! I would also mention that I am an older person with a suppressed immune system and respiratory issues. Brian took the time to tell us his procedures on disinfecting the system after the cleaning. We are very happy with the work that was performed and highly recommend Heritage Air Duct Cleaning for everyone that needs these kind of services. We will have Heritage Air Duct Cleaning maintain our air ducts on a regular basis from now on.

I had a great experience with this Heritage HVAC company. The technician was extremely polite and professional from start to finish. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right.What really stood out was how respectful they were of my home—they kept everything clean and organized throughout the visit, which I really appreciated.
