We recently had the folks from Heritage clean out our ductwork, and we were really pleased with the whole process. Madison got us scheduled quickly and was super kind and informative during our phone conversations about what was going on and what we might need. When we unexpectedly had to reschedule, she still found a new appointment for us less than a week later. And I appreciated their willingness to communicate by text since I kept missing calls because of work meetings and things involving my kids.I sometimes get nervous dealing with repair folks because some people have a way of making homeowners, especially women, feel stupid about house-related issues. Brian was the complete opposite. He explained what they would be doing and made everything easy to understand without ever talking down to me. They finished earlier than expected and identified a problem with one area of our ductwork. Brian showed me photos, explained what was wrong, and recommended what needed to happen next. It felt informative and honest, not like an attempt to upsell us.He also showed me photos of how badly the vents were clogged. I knew they were bad, but they were REALLY bad. It was nice to see how much things were improved.One other thing I appreciated was that they never made me feel embarrassed about the less-than-perfect areas of my house. When you have people working in places like an HVAC closet, they are bound to find a cobweb or something else you missed. They simply cleaned what was in the way and moved on without making me feel judged. I know some people put off home repairs because they worry about that kind of judgment, and you will not get it from this team.They were friendly, efficient, professional, respectful, and affordable. We were super pleased!

Our new home has never had the ductwork cleaned out and we could tell that from the moment we pulled up the floor vents during a renovation on our wood floors. The floor vents were filled with lots of degree form the original construction of the home. On top of the sanding done on our subfloor to prep for our new wood flooring, I knew we had to get someone to take care of our ductwork.
