Modern era has been a total failure to me and my family. I have been doing the leg work for a year now a still can my solar system going because my electric company continues to tell me they are waiting on the installer ( modern era solar) to finish there end of the application to get powered up. And our bill is due in a couple of days and now we have to pay our electric bill plus them so that's over 400$. It's not fair we have to pay of we are not even getting services from them. we were going to recommend friends and family but we're not. We are very disappointed. So this company continues to disappoint us. We needed to fix our roof and we called them to take the panels down. They wanted to charge us over 4000$ because we were referred to them from a. Out source. Then they told us that if we take off our review on Facebook they would lower the price to 3400$. We asked them if they can do us a favor this one time and Luis told my husband that too bad we signed the contract. They were supposed to call us back and they never did. On top of that we found out only three of our panels were working from one of their guys and they never told us. They are never sent us the app to keep track. Our lawyer told us to give them one more chance but they still have not gotten back to us and it has been about a month. So we will be proceeding with the charges.
