Hi I would like to share my experience with Modern Era Solar . Since day one I been paying the double than I use to pay, I call the owner to come a replace a panel module that burnt,it been 2 years and no one has come they block me from Fb and they don’t answer my calls. The worse part of the installation is all my roof is leaking they came and put silicone and didn’t work .

Would never use this company again. Poor customer service. Once they install your solar system good luck hearing from them again if there’s a problem. They don’t answer their phone, don’t respond to emails or calls or messages. They will tell you that they did something when they didn’t. Extremely disappointed and unhappy with them in general. Only went with them because a friend vouched for the company and now I’m regretting it. DO YOUR HOMEWORK if you’re going to be installing solar and definitely go with someone else. I’m upset that I can’t give less than 1 star.

As always Modern Era Solar never ceases to amaze me. Every time I have run into an issue or have had any questions the company has always been approachable and has taken the time to walk me through fixing the problem. There might be hundreds of solar companies out there but with Modern Era Solar you are also buying the staff and customer relationship! To me that has been the most important feature to be able to get in contact with the company and they answer you and treat you like family. I would highly recommend Modern Era Solar !

I have had solar panels by Modern Era Solar for several years now. It has been one of the best things I’ve ever did. My electric bills run between $28-35.00 a month now. Joe Palacios was the salesman that walked me through the whole purchase and installation of my panels, and he continues to contact me periodically to see how I’m doing. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and I would highly recommend him and this company. Also, Modern Era Solar technicians monitor my equipment and if anything isn’t working properly, they contact me and promptly come and fix the problem before I even know there is one.
