When the last ice storm came through, our roof started to leak (on a Sunday). I called L&L the next day. By Wednesday Luke came out, took a look at the area where the leak was, described what they would do and provided a quote at a good price. By the next week the repair was completed exactly as described without any surprises or additional cost. When the time comes for a roof replacement, I know who I will call.

12/28/2024. L&L roofing arrived 1 day after i called. inspected roof and chimney for a water leak that appeared on the bedroom ceiling. showed me a video of the area that created the leak, gave me a concrete price with warranty. returned 2 work days later with all materials needed to seal the complicated leak. completed roof work and replaced a portion of interior ceiling and all finish work that day. i highly recommend L&Lroofing. excellent knowledge, professional, courteous, timely and up front pricing. 1/10/2025. parts of the roof(not the previously repaired work done on 12/28/24} shingles blew off and many other very worn asphalt shingles were in disrepair from the original roof from 2012. L&L Roofing did not install the original roof. Luke arrived the day after I told him i found shingles on the ground. He took pictures showing me the various damages, immediately temporarily covered the exposed area to prevent rain from entering and about 5 days later had a crew replace the entire roof and the roof of our unattached 2 car garage on 1/6/2026--in one day!! Again, I highly recommend L&L Roofing, The entire cost was $ 20,000. The quality of the architectual asphalt shingles put on appears to be of higher quality than the original.

I provided him with a detailed request for proposal, which he reviewed before inspecting my roof and offering his professional recommendations.After receiving the comprehensive proposal from Luke, I took the time to verify the company’s reputation by contacting his vendors, insurance company, and primary suppliers. Each of these organizations spoke highly of L&L.Throughout the process, Luke demonstrated extensive knowledge and expertise. He took the time to explain all available options, ensuring I fully understood the roofing process and the materials that would be used. In addition, he provided a clear timeline for the project and addressed my questions in detail, which reinforced my confidence in the company’s professionalism.During the installation phase, Luke was present on the job site, overseeing the work performed by his experienced crew.
