Update: This fitness community is still going strong. Adding new coaches who are just as attentive and aimed in building a member's overall health.Not a gym but a community where certified coach led classes hold you accountable in having good form, meeting you where you’re at in abilities and pushing you to reach your goals. I was reluctant to start at first because it was so different from traditional gyms but come to appreciate their holistic approach to fitness (not just lifting heavier) - nutrition, good form, effective recovery. Well maintained space that is clean, has ample equipment and recently added a sauna. Has a convenient class schedule and love that I can get an awesome workout done within 1 hour, feeling stronger each time.

Great place for all levels from beginners to more advanced.I’ve been going to CrossFit Barbending for several years now and still very impressed with the place. I started knowing nothing and continue to learn from the coaches on how to get better.

I have been a member here for about 2 years. I have been to almost all the class times, and all the coaches are super motivating, very friendly, and very knowledgeable and professional. They all focus on helping you be the best you can be by always helping improve your form, and encourage you to do better than you think you can do. Members are always cheering each other, making every workout fun. The place is always clean with all the supplies needed to keep it that way. CrossFit Barbending in east Brunswick is a wonderful community that I am so proud to be part of!

"I’ve been a member here for almost 8 years and it’s still the best part of my day. The coaches and owners are amazing and always prioritize proper form, while the community is incredibly welcoming and supportive. The workouts are easy to scale and the results are real. This is officially the longest I’ve ever stuck with a fitness program. What makes this place different is that it’s impossible to get bored. The programming is always fresh, the coaches are genuinely invested in your progress, and the community makes you actually want to show up.If your on the fence , just "DO IT!!!" I really like the setup at this facility. Individual stations along both walls and plenty of room for the class sizes. The coaching is amazing too! They really know what they are doing to help you achieve results while keeping you safe and using proper form.

Great gym and great energy! I dropped in as I was in town for the day and everyone there was wonderful! They do have showers to use which worked out great before heading to meetings.

I just finished my trial class at CrossFit EB and had a fantastic time!Coach Barrhett was so helpful and encouraging, making sure I understood all the movements and offering modifications since I'm a beginner. The community vibe is awesome, and everyone was super friendly.I highly recommend trying them out if you're looking for a great place to start your fitness journey in the NJ area!
