I used UNITS of KC to store home furniture while I was doing a home remodel. Since it was going to take at least 2 months I had the unit stored at their facility. After checking some other companies I decided to use UNITS KC because it is a local company and the ability to talk to the same person all the way through the experience was a definite plus. Caroline was so helpful, kind and patient with me when explaining all the details on pricing, scheduling, delivery and storage. When I had to extend my storage by an extra month because the remodel took longer than expected it was so easy to do! There was good communication, through text, regarding drop off and pickup of the storage unit. Everything went very smoothly as planned. I can't say enough good things about my experience and would highly recommend this company for your storage needs!

I highly recommend using UNITS of Kansas city! They were an absolute lifesaver for me when my basement flooded, they were able to get a unit delivered to me the next day. Despite a nightmare dealing with the contractors working in the basement, UNITS has worked with me all along the way to keep it longer than I anticipated, and help me get it picked up quickly when done. I will hands down use them again and recommend them to everyone!

The services were good as they dropped off the unit on the date and communicated when they were coming out and picked up the unit after it was loaded on the date that I requested. My computer auto-filled the online form and they showed up exactly when I ordered the Unit. I thought they would call to confirm. They've been calling my business cell instead of personal cell! They showed up right on schedule. Im remodeling so I've got a lot going on. Totally spaced rescheduling the delivery. Im at the pool having a barbecue. My neighbors start blowing up my phone because the "Unit" is sticking out a little in the road. FYI, I had, had a couple and sent an email and voicemail that evening 😤before realizing I'm the idiot! 🥴 My bad! The lady I spoke with was so understanding and they came back out to reposition the Unit and all is good. Thanks, Units of KC.
