My computer auto-filled the online form and they showed up exactly when I ordered the Unit. I thought they would call to confirm. They've been calling my business cell instead of personal cell! They showed up right on schedule. Im remodeling so I've got a lot going on. Totally spaced rescheduling the delivery. Im at the pool having a barbecue. My neighbors start blowing up my phone because the "Unit" is sticking out a little in the road. FYI, I had, had a couple and sent an email and voicemail that evening 😤before realizing I'm the idiot! 🥴 My bad! The lady I spoke with was so understanding and they came back out to reposition the Unit and all is good. Thanks, Units of KC.

I used pack rat and units of KC for my recent move and I highly recommend units of KC! They were so kind and easy to work with.
