Enjoyed the visit and workout at PRVN. Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Coach Brad did a phenomenal job of explaining the warm up, the workout and all of the movements. The vibe was high, music was on point and effort was worth it!!! I enjoyed my visit. I will be back!

Well organized class and very well coached by JT! Helped me tremendously with my clean technique. Lots of space, great equipment, and very clean. Highly recommended for the elite athlete (like my wife) and for the mediocre gym rat(like myself). The warmup was very well done and will definitely help me not hate the weekend🤣.
