CFW changed my life! The coaches are super knowledgeable and are such incredible people. The community is like no other I’ve experienced. I felt welcomed immediately, and also felt extremely safe to progress in all the movements. The classes are filled with lots of sweating and tons of laughter. I dropped in for a class here when I was visiting family, and it was a great experience. Everyone was extremely welcoming, and the instructor Dave took the time to explain some new movements. Would recommend to anyone!

I have been a member of CFW athletics and fitness since 2019 and this has been one of the best health investments I have made. The coaches are very supportive and provide individualized coaching that each person needs to achieve their fitness goals. It is a great community to be part of.

My husband and I joined CFW in October 2022 and we both agree that this is by far the best fitness program we have ever done. We are both in the best shape we have ever been in and have seen substantial improvements in the last 10 months. Great variety in the workouts with a good mix of strength training and cardio. Coaches are all great. Very knowledgable and truly care about helping you to improve. We have felt very comfortable and welcomed there since we joined. Would highly recommend this gym to people of all fitness levels.

Love being a member at CFW Athletics & Fitness! Having workouts programmed for you makes going to the gym so much easier. On top of that, I have made some amazing friends who motivate me to keep going every day...especially on days I do not really feel like working out! The coaches are super knowledgeable and always ready to help you, as well as push you to try harder when they know you can.

I just joined CFW in late December due to my old Crossfit gym closing. I am very, very thankful for this gym. It has lit my drive to be better in fitness then I was before COVID. The community here at CFW is amazing, and very welcoming. The coaches are professional and very personable making it feel like a family! I would tell anyone that they need to try this gym and hopefully they fall in love with it like I did. Thank you again CFW!

This gym is great. I enjoy working out here. The workouts are challenging but are doable. The environment at the gym comes off as a community. Attending this gym inspired me to change my life and to get healthy and fit.

I dropped in at this box twice while visiting family this past week. Great gym! Liz, the coach for both classes I attended was awesome! The work-outs were hard, but worth it. In the future, any time I’m in Worcester, I’ll be dropping in more.

Dropped in for the week after Christmas and could not have been more pleased with the coaching, programming, and spacious facility. Zack and Sunny were especially kind in welcoming a traveling crossfitter to the CFW fam. I highly recommend CFW and will be back for sure.

Super friendly owners and staff when I dropped in. We contacted Scott ahead of time who responded quickly and laid out some rules for drop-ins. We actually really appreciated the rules because we knew the gym cared just as much about drop-ins as their regular members. The gym itself is one of the coolest I’ve been in with tons of equipment including machines for larger classes (rowers, ski ergs, air bikes, etc).

Dropped in today and was pleasantly surprised by how massive and well-equipped the box was! On top of that the staff and members were really kind to us. Definitely recommend dropping in if you're in the area.
