Ben and his team performed an incredible transformation on our floors, and we are extremely grateful for their exceptional workmanship. When we bought our house, we completely overlooked the condition of the floors. During the final inspection, we realized they were very worn down. Choosing the right company was challenging, but Ben, the director, managed to convince us in our first meeting that his team would do a perfect job and we were in good hands. The task was complicated because the floors were made of factory-stained bamboo that we sanded back and, as we later discovered, had been poorly installed by the previous owners - featuring loose glue, wide gaps, water damage to name some. Despite this, the quote was very reasonable, so we decided to proceed. There were several hurdles and unexpected 'discoveries' along the way, but the company provided excellent advice, showed great patience, and was always willing to help. This was our first experience with wooden floors but we felt we were in good hands at every step of the process. Thanks to the extra efforts from the team and high attention to detail from every worker, the final result truly exceeded our expectations.
