We moved into Stonecrest last year, and it was immediately obvious that our new house desperately needed landscaping work. The property had a lousy lawn, almost no landscaping, and a backyard with virtually nothing done to it. Shawn and the team at New Image Hardscapes & Pavers completely transformed our property. They built beautiful multi-level retaining walls throughout the front yard, installed 20–30 trees, shrubs, and plants, and used multiple types of high-end stone that gave the entire property a custom, upscale look. The difference between what we started with and what we have now is honestly incredible.What impressed us most was that this company does far more than just hardscapes. They helped improve our irrigation system, corrected drainage problems left behind by the previous owner, and made thoughtful recommendations throughout the entire process. You could immediately tell that Shawn and his crew care just as much about design and long-term functionality as they do about the final appearance. Everything was done with attention to detail, professionalism, and pride in their work.Even after the project was complete, their follow-through continued to impress us. After the cold winter, a couple of trees unfortunately did not survive, and they replaced them with even better ones without hesitation. That level of customer service is hard to find today. Considering the amount of work they performed and the quality of the materials and craftsmanship, the pricing was more than reasonable. We saw a New Image truck and decided to take a chance on adding a drivewaySure glad we called. Shawn was great to work with. He was very accommodating and the finished product is beautiful.

They did a fantastic job with our retaining walls and landscaping. We had several plants die from our cold winter and Shawn took care of them at no charge. He is a man of his word!

We had this company pull out hedges and make a paved patio in front of our house with a knee high wall. They also pulled out a dead palm tree and planted a new one. Also various landscaping done in front of our house. Communication with them was most excellent. So easy to work with and we are extremely happy with the finished product. Sean and his crew took excellent care of us and our property and we would highly recommend.
