After going through and vetting a number of shops in the Bay Area, Life’s Good Racing is truly the only shop I would trust with my 1972 Porsche 911 Outlaw. This isn’t just an every day build it's a 964 turbo body that I acquired with a small block chevy motor which LGR determined was blown. We decided to go with an LS swap, 996 transmission, custom suspension setup, and a vision that required a shop that understands performance, craftsmanship and most importantly safety, at a very high level.From the beginning, Chris and the team treated the car like it was their own. They took the time to understand the vision, gave honest feedback, and executed everything with a level of detail and care that’s hard to find nowadays. The car drives, feels, and performs better than I imagined. They absolutely nailed the balance between raw performance and drivability.What I respect most is that they’re real enthusiasts and racers first not just a shop trying to push cars out the door. I took a very long time deciding on Side Rockers for my Camaro 2SS 1LE, and even longer about who I wanted to install them.So many shops were a”No” until I found Life’s Good Racing.Despite a minor setback due to shipping,Chris assured me that when the ACS Composite skirts arrived that he would take care of them. I left a message after closing Friday night and imagine my surprise at getting a call first thing Monday morning saying he could do it today! A couple hours later I got a call saying they were done. I couldn’t be happier with the level of service that I got from Life Is Good Racing the care they took with my car and the price that came in under estimate.They did an awesome job on my side rockers. I am extremely picky and careful when it comes to what I do with the car and they took the same level of care and attention not only having it but working on it. Great service. Took my car in for a few minor repairs and adjustments for my suspension and was in and out same day. Nice organized and clean looking shop that has knowledgeable mechanics. Would definitely recommend and will be back in the future for performance upgrades.

I recently took my 1966 El Camino here for a disc brake conversion, front and rear suspension rebuild, and other miscellaneous work. Absolute Pro's! Chris and the team took care of a brake fluid replacement on my replica Shelby Cobra. It was my first time using them and I was very satisfied. Chris has a wealth of knowledge and I quickly felt comfortable the car was in the right hands. During the brake fluid change they took care of a loose jam nut on one of the suspension control arms that they spotted.
