Great gym with fantastic coaches. They have all the equipment that you would need and in a huge space. They do especially well with training the kids for their sports.

I was visiting Williamsburg and went to the 6 a.m. class. Great coaching and the folks in class were friendly and supportive. Definitely am going back next time I'm in town.

Was in Virginia's Historic Triangle area for work and had the chance to drop in at CrossFit 1607 and the place was jumping; they've got a lot going on with adults and kids classes on different sides of the gym but they absolutely make it work! They really maximize the space with a lot of equipment but still with open space to stretch and Oly lift; had a great class with a good coach and good folks!

Visited today as I was in town for business. Nice people, very convenient location. I may stop by in a few days before I have to head out of town. Definitely suggest checking out this CrossFit.
