As fellow local small business owners, we cannot say enough good things about Dimitri and the team at Floorcraft. We originally intended to do an engineered hardwood, but Dimitri steered us towards real finished-on-site hickory floors, which were only marginally more expensive. He even took the time to show us the product installed in several local homes, allowing us to see the actual product on a larger scale rather than having to decide based on a small sample. There were some small issues we encountered along the way, but Dimitri was only ever a phone call away and he went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% satisfied. We dealt with many other companies during our renovation and generally had a great experience, but Floorcraft was head-and-shoulders above everyone else. Seriously, they're that good. Anyone looking for hardwood floors owes it to themselves to give Floorcraft a chance. They might be slightly (and I mean slightly) more expensive than a box store alternative, but the service you'll receive is worth it. The end product is also going to be of substantial higher quality, plus you get excellent support afterwards.
