Anderson Family Dental is amazing from the time you walk in until the time you leave. Drae at the front desk is so kind and welcoming and awesome to work with. The doctors and Dawn the hygienist are all top notch.

After not having any of my local dentist offices return my calls, I reached out to Anderson Family Dental Care and was scheduled that day to drive an hour to their office. The experience was great! I had a loose filling that wiggled around for a week. I called and they got me in in two days. Dr Sconyers and Lindsey repaired without shots or pain and I was out in less than an hour. Believe me when I say good dentists don't always have to use shots for numbing. Thanks for a painless experience.

The doctors and staff here are very friendly, and even better with children! My 5 year old was nervous at first, but with the TV's mounted on the wall and headset, he able to sit comfortably and not worry about anything he was scared about before. Shout out to the amazing staff!

Was not pleased at all with receptionist. I was told they were seeing new patients but could not file on insurance. Why does that make sense? Then was asked if I had insurance? Duhh?? So basically you dont get good service here if you are not a regular..yeah thats a hard pass!

I lost a filling in one of my front teeth. Called the office the next day and was told I would be a work in. Did not have to wait long when I arrived. The staff was super nice and took care of me right away even though it was getting close to their lunch break. Was very pleased with how I was treated. Great office.

I was very impressed at how friendly and helpful the staff was. The dentist took the time with me and explained everything and gave me options. Didn't feel uncomfortable or rushed. Dr. Ruiz saved my life. My wisdom teeth are severely impacted and that impacted the rest of my teeth. Every dentist I went to pretty much told me I was out of luck. I was self-conscious if my smile and felt hopeless. Dr. Ruiz was the only dentist who found a solution for me. I am a month away from my dream smile. I recommend all my friends and family. But, in January my $50 bill was turned over to collections (first and only time that's ever happened) and when I called to make an appointment in June, I was told that I would no longer be a patient because "any time a bill goes to collections, the doctors terminate the relationship"...that would have been nice to know prior to this issue (but I "signed something when I became a new patient 5 years ago). No one ever contacted me about this being policy, or after the fact, telling me that I wasn't a patient. All the while, when I'm on hold I hear the machine say "our doctors believe in effective communication with their patients"...that's not true. So, thanks ladies in the office area for doing your job!
