I have just finished 6 sessions of physio with Vicky and I am delighted with the results!I attended with the goals of improving my back pain and getting back into running and with Vicky's help I have been able to achieve them both!Vicky was knowledgeable and professional but was also able to put me at ease throughout our sessions together; not once did I feel embarrassed or silly if I couldn't quite get an exercise right!

Great experience at NK. Vicky was excellent, very knowledgeable and explained in great detail the issue I was experiencing. She put a recovery plan which was updated regularly and I am now able to fully take part in football again. Highly recommend NK Physiotherapy.

I attended NK Physiotherapy in East Kilbride for an injury to my knee. The rehabilitation treatment and care I received from Vicky, one of the therapists, was first class.I am now able to perform simple tasks like walking, running and bending with no pain.I would say my knee is well on its way to being back to normal.I can highly recommend Vicky and NK Physiotherapy practice.

Callum was able to help a long term problem through a series of simple exercises and targetted massage over 6 months. Through good days and bad days, he showed sympathy and understanding and always gave encouragement. He was incredibly professional and friendly throughout my treatment and he provided me with tools to manage flare ups going forward. I highly recommend NK Physio. Thanks Callum!

Im delighted with my block of sessions and fully recovered. I injured my shoulder so booked in a block of sessions with Edward who took me through a few shockwave sessions followed by a series of carefully managed exercises. Really worked well and i have full movement and strength now and looking forward to pushing on from here to my gym work. Edward was really great at explaining what we were trying to do all the way through and very patiently answering all my questions. Marvellous.

I went to NK physiotherapy as I had been suffering from hip pain for around 18 months which had gotten worse. After a short consultation to determine which service would best suit I started physio sessions with Callum. Callum assessed that my problems stemmed from muscle weakness. After following the exercise programme set by Callum my strength has improved and I am now pain free and back to exercising. Callum also set a gym programme for me to help me continue to build and maintain strength. I would definitely recommend NK physiotherapy to anyone looking for physiotherapy treatment or advice

I initially booked in for a 6 session block to fix a recurring rotator cuff issue as a result of heavy strength training. Vicky diagnosed the cause and prescribed the best recovery exercises to address the weak links. Within 3 sessions my pain was completely gone and I was stronger than ever. We spent the remaining time testing various movement patterns to try and determine the best areas for improvement, to make me the best athlete I can be. 100% recommend.

27 years ago I fractured my patella. Of recent years arthritis had made certain activities more challenging. I felt I needed to seek professional help and Edward came into the picture.From the first appointment I have had confidence that my leg was going to improve.Edward's skill, knowledge and abilty to motivate are exceptional. The exercises he gave me to do were achievable, building up gradually, and having now completed the course I am overwhelmed by the improvement.At 67 years of age my leg may not ever be the same as it was in my youth but the improvement is such that I can enjoy all the activities I love without pain.A huge 'Thank you' to Edward and NK Physiotherapy!

I had an arthrosamid injection in my left knee to try and alleviate the pain from osteoarthritis.As recommended after the injection, I booked 9 sessions with Edward at NK Physio.From the early stages of my recovery until now, the exercises Edward gave me have improved the strength in my knee and reduced the pain to the extent I’m now pain free. I have today been discharged and know exactly what I have to do to remain pain free and enjoy the benefits the injection.I would recommend Edward and NK Physio for anyone looking for a professional physio practice.

Great rehab program put together by Adam at NK Physio to help with recovery from my grade 2 calf tear.I was back performing at a high level in running and Hyrox within 7 weeks which was way ahead of schedule.Regular catch ups and genuine care for how I was getting on was greatly appreciated and helped massively during the recovery process!

I have been seeing Adam for a couple of problems over the last few months, one of which has been a very niche issue that other physios have struggled to address. I have been really impressed with his attention to detail and has gone over and above to try and identify the problem and put tougher a plan which I’m currently working through.Would fully recommend!
