Highly recommend starting your mornings with a class here! The unlimited-weekday-mornings membership forced me (gently) into waking up early, since I'm someone who needs accountability to form a new habit. The app makes it easy to see which classes are available and to schedule in advance.During my first free trial period class, I felt muscles that I haven't used for years. I appreciate that there's a different class type during each weekday, and I think I've tried (and loved) all of them. The instructors provide modifications for each exercise in order to accommodate multiple degrees of mobility. Depending on how I feel each day, I can choose heavier or lighter (or no) weights, and there's no shame in taking breaks as needed. If you need extra motivation, there's usually some sort of "challenge" to reward things like attending class, scheduling your week in advance, bringing a new friend, etc.No gear is required, so the barrier to entry is very low. Sticky socks are recommended but optional (though you get a free pair when you start your membership); there's a water fountain if you don't have a water bottle; all weights, mats, and exercise equipment is provided.Wonderful facilities. The workout equipment is great quality and not worn out. Lockers and cubby holes for gear. In addition to water fountain, there are refrigerated beverages for sale. Little shop where you can buy sticky socks and other workout clothing. Little library. I haven't used this service, but there are even childcare available for some classes. Finally, the instructors and the students are wonderful. I'm not a morning person, but the instructors manage to infuse the class with the energy needed to wake me up. Class sizes are small, so it never feels too crowded. There's a sense of comradery amongst regulars, while also being very welcoming to new folks. For anyone looking for motivation to wake up early as the mornings get chillier, this studio is it!
