I couldn’t recommend CrossFit Solus more! The gym itself is clean and has a great layout, but the people are the best! So friendly, they go out of their way to introduce themselves and make you feel like a part of their gym.

I truly love CrossFit Solus. I was a full time member 10 years ago, now I drop in every couple of years when I’m back in town. It’s like I never left. I am the poster child for needing modified movements, the coaches are always wonderful and giving me alternative movements while still pushing me to get better. I miss this place!!

Solus is just the BEST! What else can I can say!! From the staff to the workouts. It feels like family, not a gym! If you’re visiting for the first time or you’re coming for the 100th time you feel like you belong. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. The coaches are knowledgeable and helpful in every way possible! Kaylee and her team are simply AMAZING. I can’t wait to see what’s next for Solus!
