I had constant pain in knees before joining Tash. Now, no problem going up and down stairs
Since joining Tash Wellness I’ve improved my flexibility, fitness, and feel like I’m years younger. Exercise has never been so much fun. It’s a place where I’ve gained confidence and friends! Sharan is a great mentor and so knowledgeable about improving the quality of life.

I’ve been a member at TASH Wellness for two years. I cannot recommend it more highly!! It’s a community for women “of a certain age,” all working together to be our strongest, free-est selves. Sharan is the founder and owner of the center. She is an expert in the fields of wellness and training for older adults. She teaches most classes, and has expert trainers teach others. I attend classes every week, some in the early morning and some in the evening, depending on what my crazy work schedule demands in a given month. I know that, whichever group I’m with that week, there will be friendly, interesting, helpful people in class with me. The classes are different every week, focusing on various aspects of fitness. We work out to music, the equipment is sparkling clean, and the ambiance is delightful. When I say we work out, I mean WE WORK OUT! You’ll sweat, for sure, but you’ll smile and laugh and always feel better at the end than you did going in. I love TASH Wellness! Less
