Honestly was really excited to go to this place for laser hair removal based on the reviews, specifically one about treating darker skin, but my experience was alright. I booked for a consultation before my service which never really happened. I was not questioned on my medical history nor did I fill out a consultation form. As a laser tech myself, I did not feel comfortable with that. I’m not sure if the laser tech, (never mentioned her name) was having a bad day but customer service wasn’t the best either. She was nonchalant and didn’t seem like she was interested in having a conversation. Technique was fine but that’s about it

I’ve tried many laser places as a dark skinned black woman and this is the BEST place. Seeing results after only one treatment, with technology that actually works on my skin type. Eugene was very informed and has kept up with questions. I recommend this to anyone especially any other dark skinned people who are looking for a safe effective treatment.
