Honestly was really excited to go to this place for laser hair removal based on the reviews, specifically one about treating darker skin, but my experience was alright. I booked for a consultation before my service which never really happened. I was not questioned on my medical history nor did I fill out a consultation form. As a laser tech myself, I did not feel comfortable with that. I’m not sure if the laser tech, (never mentioned her name) was having a bad day but customer service wasn’t the best either. She was nonchalant and didn’t seem like she was interested in having a conversation. Technique was fine but that’s about it
