The desk top computer I purchased less than a year ago broke. Just stopped working. It was still under warenty and Bisconti took care of it for me, no charge. They called me regularly throughout the process, and I did appreciate that. My only gripe was they had no sense of urgency to get this back to me. It was a business computer. I get that the hold up was more on the manufacturers end but it would have been nice to give me an option where I just pay for the parts and get it working in a few days instead of a few weeks. I would still use these guys again, but I need my computer for work and they did not seem all that empathetic about my concerns to get it back quickly. Otherwise they did great! Less
