After having a fraud alert that went the worse possible way, I wanted to have someone look at my computer, my iPad and my phone to make sure there was nothing anybody was getting into. Brought Dell All in One desktop in because could not type in Start area..Had to use virtual keyboard. Received call that suspicious programs were found. I agreed to have them and junk removed. Rep told me at that time they were able to type in Start area. Turned out that I needed new batteries in my wireless keyboard. Glad computer is cleaned up, but thought $89 diagnostic fee and $150 clean up fee were a little higher than I anticipated.
