Before joining the 63-day transformation, I didn't have the opportunity to access resources and assess the current situation I was in. This meant that I didn't know where I needed to develop and which aspects to focus on to become a better version of myself. I had joined a gym before, but it wasn't as effective because the people I went with offered support but lacked the detailed guidance I needed to focus on training to build muscle and other key factors, which I didn't realize were a big part of my health and well-being. I was frustrated because I wasn't able to see results, and it was taking longer than I had expected. This time, I took a different approach and focused more on the situation from another angle. The changes I've seen include being much more alert due to improving my sleep pattern. I also feel more refreshed, and my skin feels much better as I motivate myself to drink at least 3 litres of water a day. Furthermore, I weighed myself using the InBody machine and noticed an improvement in my skeletal muscles, showing that I am gaining strength and muscle in areas I hadn't before. I started end of Aug and from the first day walking into the gym hands down the best choice I’ve made. The coaches are a friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I love this gym! Having been to other gyms, I liked them and they served their purpose but the TFF gym and the trainers are something else.
