When I first contacted Window Expressions about a problem that we were having with our wood blinds that we purchased from another company many years ago, Gary (owner) said that his company is probably the only company that would address the problem. Mark, his technician, came out a few days later and fixed the blinds within 20 minutes completely to our satisfaction at a very reasonable price. We were thrilled since it saved us a lot of money to have had to replace the entire set of blinds. We live in a condo community in Odenton, MD with more than 400 senior residents amongst 297 condo units. I am the volunteer who puts a vendor/contractor list together including many industry types with comments about how these contractors/vendors performed with feedback from its residents. Window Expressions will be entered on our "preferred provider" list describing that their company specializes in blinds, shutters, curtains, drapes and top window treatment.
