Delta has been nothing short of GREAT!! The atmosphere is amazing! Everyone is so welcoming here. The coaches push you beyond your limits and the ladies in the classes don’t let you quit on yourself! I was scared coming into an all girls gym because girls can be mean and judgmental. But that’s not here!! Everyone is nice and helpful with anything you need or have questions with. This gym is everything I needed to get my love for the gym back.. without all the masculinity from men who think they’re better than us. If you’re looking for that extra push Delta is the place to be! I promise you won’t regret it !!
